Days of Azerbaijan within the project "Cultural Treasures of Azerbaijan - the Pearl of the Caucasus" in Melouse

An event entitled “Days of Azerbaijan” was held in the city of Melouse of France within the framework of the project “Cultural Treasures of Azerbaijan – the Pearl of Caucasus” with organizational support from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and assistance by Azerbaijan’s Embassy in France, February 2, 2013.


At an exhibition organized in the city of Melouse, wines under 47 names, as well as carpets, samples of coppersmithery and pottery, musical instruments and publications of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation talking of our nation’s history, culture and opportunities for tourism were displayed. An Azerbaijani music was performed and video films about our country were demonstrated.


A concert by the Azerbaijan State Popular Instrumental Music Ensemble was organized at the “Sin” Theatre of Melouse, February 2.
