An exhibition and a concert in Strasbourg within the project “Cultural Treasures of Azerbaijan – the Pearl of Caucasus”
An exhibition and a concert was organized in Strasbourg, with organizational support from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and assistance by Azerbaijan’s Embassy in France, within the project “Cultural Treasures of Azerbaijan – the Pearl of Caucasus”, February 9.
In “Tussimo” Exhibition Hall, wines produced in our country, as well as carpets, samples of coppersmithery and pottery, musical instruments and publications of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation talking of our nation’s history, culture and tourism capacity were displayed. An Azerbaijani music was performed and video films about our country demonstrated.
On the same day, a concert by the Gara Garayev State Chamber Orchestra of Azerbaijan directed by Azerbaijan’s People’s Artist Teymour Goychayev was organized at Strasbourg’s famous “Music Palace”.
