On April 12, the second session was held on the theme of “Energy and Ecological Values of the Global Economy on the Way Leading to Stable Development” and “Role of Civil Institutions (business and media unions) in the Development of International Relations” within the 1st World Forum of Graduates of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.

Moderators of the Session were Vice-president of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) Elshad Nasirov and First Deputy Director of ITAR-TASS Mikhail Gusman.
