A ceremony of opening of a new school building constructed in Zardab following the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation was held

Secondary school building constructed in frame of `New school to new Azerbaijan` program of Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Dekkeoba village of Zardab district was commissioned on June 30.

President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva arrived to this education center where teaching staff, villagers sincerely met the President and First Lady.

The President cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the school.

The 200-seat school was built by Specialized railway construction department 8. The building consisted of 12 classrooms has been equipped with required appliances and conditions, wide gym and open sport field. Classes are given in single session.

President Aliyev took interest in conditions at the school, viewed computer and mathematics rooms, classrooms. It was informed the secondary schools computerization program will be completed in Azerbaijan by the end of next year.

This year the 240 and 160-seat school buildings will be built on initiative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Pervanly and Leleagajy villages of the district.

Then, President met with teaching staff, congratulated them, expressed satisfaction for construction of new and modern education centers in all regions of country, including Zardab, conditions created for providing high level education to schoolchildren, recommended to make bigger efforts for good education of children, their training in patriotic soul.

Teachers recalled historical services of national leader Heydar Aliyev, his attention and care to education, noted they would willingly work to realize desires and recommendations of President Ilham Aliyev. They highly valued activities of Heydar Aliyev Foundation led by Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva.
