Mehriban Aliyeva acquainted herself with the conditions created at two nurseries-kindergartens in Baku after major repair

Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva acquainted herself with the conditions created at Nurseries – kindergartens №60 and 77№ in Yasamal district after major repair and reconstruction.

Mehriban Aliyeva first viewed the photo stand reflecting the condition of nursery – kindergarten №60  before the major repair and then acquainted herself with the conditions created at the kindergarten.

It was informed that such repair works had never been done so far to  this building constructed in 1961. In accordance with the State Program for “Social and Economic Development of Baku city and Surrounding Settlements in 2011-2013”, reconstruction works here started in March 2012. 8 nursery teachers and 1 teacher of music are engaged in bringing up 75 children from 2 to 6 years of age.

4 bedrooms, 4 group rooms, music and sport rooms and the kitchen at the establishment have completely been renovated. All the rooms have been provided with necessary equipment, a present from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Furniture, a TV set, a refrigerator, toys and other necessary items have been presented to the kindergarten on behalf of Mehriban Aliyeva.

Then Mehriban Aliyeva arrived at Nursery-kindergarten №77.

Viewing the photos reflecting the condition of the establishment before the repair, Mehriban Aliyeva was informed that, constructed in 1963, this building had fallen into total disrepair. After the reconstruction works carried out here in 2012 in accordance with the State Program for “Social and Economic Development of Baku and Surrounding Settlements”, the kindergarten has received a new and modern appearance.

5 group rooms, 5 bedrooms, physician’s  rooms, music and sport rooms and the kitchen have been renovated. 95 children from 2 to 6 years of age are being brought up here. In general, 26 people are engaged in the education of children. All equipment for this education establishment too has been presented by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Mehriban Aliyeva expressed her gratitude for the conditions created in both kindergartens.
