Mehriban Aliyeva attended the solemn ceremony devoted to the 100th anniversary of Nasir Imanguliyev
A solemn ceremony to mark the 100th anniversary of Nasir Imanguliyev, an outstanding public and political figure, a classic of our national press, was held at the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic named after Muslim Magomayev on December 21.
Azerbaijan’s First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva took part in the ceremony.
A photo exhibition reflecting the life and activity of Nasir Imanguliyev was organized in the foyer of the Philharmonic.
Grandchildren of the outstanding journalist – Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva and rector of the Baku Branch of the Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov prof. Nargiz Pashayeva familiarized themselves with the exhibition.
The ceremony began with a film devoted to the life and activity of Nasir Imanguliyev. Then a concert program followed.
