One of them is a newly constructed building of the Secondary School named after Gulagha Aghayev in Melikchobanly village of Shamakhy.

Director Saftar Heydarov: Yes, one school.

Mehriban Aliyeva: For how many pupils?

Mehriban Aliyeva: As a result of the earthquake, it was damaged further.

Saftar Heydarov Yes.

Mehriban Aliyeva: Residents submitted an appeal.

Saftar Heydarov: Thank You very much. We applied to You. A three-storied building designed for 460 pupils was constructed following your instruction, and was provided with all furniture and equipment. Greenery has been laid out on the territory.

Mehriban Aliyeva: Apparently, the number of schoolchildren too has increased.

Saftar Heydarov: Yes. We had children studying at other schools. Having seen the new conditions, most of them returned.

Mehriban Aliyeva: Please congratulate parents and schoolchildren on my behalf on the commencement of the new school year and, of course, on the inauguration of the new and beautiful school building. Convey my big respect and greetings to them.

Saftar Heydarov: Thank You very much.
