Heydar Aliyev Foundation holds a contest of knowledge among pupils in Dmanisi

Contest of knowledge was held December 29 at the computer center of the Fund named after Heydar Aliyev in Dmanisi City, Kvemo Kartli-Borchaly Region of Georgia at the initiative and support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

 

The 3-round contest brought together pupils from Dmanisi’s Azerbaijan and Georgian schools. Every pupil replied to 10 questions. According to the jury, the 1st place among Azeri pupils was won by the Yagublu School’s pupil Vugar Musayev, 2nd place by the Dunus School’s pupil Elman Nebiyev, 3rd place by the Ashaghy Gruzman School’s pupil Zarina Muradova.

 

Georgian pupils Tamjuna Gurchiani, Maryam Khvimiani and Levan Narchemashvili took the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places respectively.

 

Winners of 1st places were presented with color TV sets, 2nd places with multiplayer and 3rd places with cell phones on behalf of Heydar Aliyev Foundation. First Secretary of the Azeri Embassy in Georgia Adil Efendiyev, Head of Dmanisi District Executive Power Bakur Mgeladze and other officials were present in the event.
