Inauguration of a new building of the Kindergarten in Gala settlement was held

Inauguration of the new building of Kindergarten No63 in the Gala settlement took place, October 10.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva received a warm welcome in the ceremony.

At the initiative of President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador, MP Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, large development and reconstruction work is going in the Azizbeyov district including the Gala settlement.

The only kindergarten in the settlement was located in quite old and unsuitable building. The 100-seat building meeting modern standards was built for the kindergarten at the initiative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Decorative flowers and trees have been planted in yard, benches and carousels set in child ground. Rooms are supplied with furniture, toys and books. The building has a centralized heat system.

After cutting the ribbon, President Ilham Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva viewed a photo stand reflecting national leader Heydar Aliyev`s care for children. They toured the rooms here and were curious about conditions created for kids. The centralized watching cameras have been installed at the kindergarten. The kindergarten also has the gym and canteen. Unlike other kindergartens this one has been constructed in base of a new project.

The President and his spouse expressed their satisfaction with conditions created here for kids.
