Training and Education Center of Heydar Aliyev Foundation opened
Training and Education Center of Heydar Aliyev Foundation was opened on March 16 in Nizami district of Baku. Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, President of the Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, attended the event.
Mehriban Aliyeva was warmly welcomed by children.
The 3-storey building covering 1500 sq.m construction of which started in November 2005 has been built to organize the training courses for higher schools and next phases. The Center, supplied with convenient conditions, will be available in 3 sessions each involving 100 people. respective of subjects and number of children rooms seating 3, 4 and 8 people have been supplied with new and convenient appliances. There is waiting room for parents. In lobby of each floor there is photo stand reflecting care and love of national leader Heydar Aliyev for children, works of art, sofas and armchairs. At the conference hall of the Center supplied with separate heat system and sanitary junction electron devices have been installed to arrange various events. All schools of capital will be able to hold events here, famous scholars and specialists will give lectures for children and have meetings with them. Resources of the Center that is in disposal of the Foundation will be available for all schools and youth. In the self-financing Center children from poor families will have privileges, children from children homes and boarding schools will be demanded no money. Rest corners and green alley has been set at the yard of the Center.
Getting familiarization with service rooms and classrooms of the Center Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva expressed satisfaction of purchase and installation of computers with Internet access, computer room prepared in high style, quality of works done.
Talking to chief of Baku City Main Education Office Naila Rzaguliyeva the President of the Foundation gave recommendations and suggestions to effectively use resources of the Center to provide high scientific-theoretical and practical knowledge to the youth, requested to help the Foundation in selecting teachers and management personnel of the Center from educated and professional people, said there is necessity for making of proposals for joint activity.
