New school building constructed in Lerik by initiative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation opened

The 500-seat new school building built for Lerik settlement secondary school within the New School to New Azerbaijan Project realized by Heydar Aliyev Foundation was opened on September 17.

Head of Lerik District Executive Power Rovshan Bagyrov, President of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev, education employees, parents and reps of the public addressed the ceremony, congratulated teachers and pupils on launch of new school building in the new school year, thanked President Ilham Aliyev and Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, for caring about development of education in regions and strengthening its logistics.
