President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva attended the inauguration of a new building constructed for the Kindergarten named after Academician Zarifa Aliyeva in Kahati district

On October 1, inauguration of a new building constructed for the Kindergarten named after Academician Zarifa Aliyeva in Khatai district of Baku took place.

Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva and her daughter Arzu Aliyeva attended the opening ceremony.

High-level conditions have been created in the courtyard of the kindergarten built to high standards, and pavilions, summer amphitheatre, swings, trampoline and other entertainment facilities have been installed.

The kindergarten has been provided with centralized surveillance cameras. A corner reflecting the activity of Academician Zarifa Aliyeva and projects implemented by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation has been created in the foyer.

Mehriban Aliyeva acquainted herself with the conditions created for children at the kindergarten.

There are bedrooms, dining rooms, lesson, music, painting, handicrafts, computer, medical and teachers’ rooms in this kindergarten designed for 8 groups of different ages. Bed clothes, toys and teaching aids made of environmentally clean materials meet all sanitary and hygienic norms and standards.

There is a swimming pool, sport and games rooms, as well as an assembly hall to hold various events.
