It was noted that the lycée, which will be constructed on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, will open wide opportunities for temporarily and permanently living in our country French-speaking nationals and Azerbaijani citizens to receive education in this language. The education plan of the French school will cover the 12-year classic French education plan starting from a kindergarten. The education program will be taught in French in accordance with the requirements of the French national education system. A certificate to be given to pupil will meet the standards and requirements of the French National Education Ministry, and will be recognized by the ministry. School-leavers will gain the opportunity to continue their education at any French higher education establishment according to their choice.

The French President was informed that this education institution will be constructed in the “the White City” area of Baku. One of the interesting aspects of the “Baku White City” project, which is one of the biggest and unique projects being implemented in the world in the sphere of town-building, is that  a quarter of Paris will be built here.

Then the heads of states of Azerbaijan and France met with French businessmen working in Azerbaijan, and wished them success in their business.
