The Heydar Aliyev Foundation constructs a new school building in Garajalar village of Saatly district

The school building constructed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Garajalar village of Saatly district was commissioned on the Day of Knowledge.

The school’s inauguration was attended by representatives of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Ministry of Science and Education, the leadership of Saatly district Executive Authority, the school staff, and representatives of the public. Those speaking at the event congratulated pupils and teachers on the new academic year, wishing them successes. It was underscored that the address of another project implemented by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the filed of education for the academic year 2023-2024 was Garajalar village of Saatly district. A new school building for 360 pupils was constructed here by the Foundation. Three-storied, comprised of two buildings, this education institution too, as with others, has been provided with necessary furniture and equipment, subject rooms and laboratories with visual aids, and safety issues were paid special attention.

Knowledge and skills obtained in the process of education, as well as ethical and moral norms and values form necessary conditions for every student to become a worthy member of the society, turning him/her into a model citizen thanks to his/her knowledge and ethical behavior. The foundation of each person’s education is laid at the preschool education institution, and at the secondary school. This is why the Heydar Aliyev Foundation has been providing support to the advancement of this filed, commissioning every year schools by basically repairing them, or building new ones.

The Garajalar village school in Saatly district too is among the education projects implemented by the Foundation.

Improvement works were carried out in the backyard of the school, decorative bushes and trees planted, and up-to-date illumination system was installed.

After the speeches, a Knowledge Day bell rang, then familiarization with the school building started.
