On September 19, two new school buildings constructed in Guba within the framework of the projects of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the sphere of education were commissioned.
The new building of Pirvahid village secondary school is meant for 320 pupils, while the secondary school in the settlement of Baghbanly is for 360 pupils.
Representatives of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the Ministry of Science and Education, the Guba-Khachmaz Regional Education Department and the Guba District Executive Authority, as well as teachers and pupils, and villagers attended the inauguration of the new building of the Secondary School named after Ramin Dadashov in Pirvahid village.
The new building of the Secondary School named after Ramin Dadashov in Pirvahid village of Guba district was constructed in 2023. The two-storied education institution has an assembly hall for 220 people. There is a sports hall, a canteen, rooms for primary classes and technology on the first floor, while the second floor accommodates an assembly hall, an information technology room, laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology, military training and first aid rooms, a library, and administrative rooms.
Attendees of the event became familiar with the new building of the Secondary School named after Rovshan Mutallimov in Baghbanly settlement.
It was noted that works carried out by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in connection with the construction of a new school building for 360 pupils have already been completed, and the new education institution was placed at the disposal of teachers and pupils.
