Book about Azerbaijan by Romanian writer to be presented at International Book Fair in Frankfurt

Book entitled "Azerbaijan – The Living Flame" by Horia Garbea, the renowned Romanian writer, Chairman of the Bucharest Association of Writers, will be presented at the annual International Book Fair in Frankfurt, Germany, October 7. The book published in German, English and Romanian due to support of Heydar Aliyev Foundation will be presented on the stand organized by the Romanian Culture Ministry.

The book covers Garbea’s impressions about his visit to Azerbaijan, the country’s history, literature and culture, Armenia’s aggression against Azerbaijan and its consequences, as well as an account of the Khojaly massacre committed by Armenians against Azeris in 1992.

The book also contains Garbea's poems about Shusha, Khojaly genocide and the Guba mass cemetery.

October 15, TVR Cultural TV channel of Romania will broadcast a program on presentation of the book with participation of the author
