Heydar Aliyev Museum to open in Ceyhan, Turkey

According to Ceyhan Municipality of Turkey, works are continued to create Heydar Aliyev Museum in Azerbaijan-Turkey Friendship Park in the city.

 

The museum to be created in the historical building in the city center, which will be repaired by initiative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Municipality, will exhibit documents and photos about life and activities of the great leader, history and state sovereignty of Azerbaijan. 

 

The museum will be inaugurated on May 10 – the day of the 85th jubilee of Heydar Aliyev. After the ceremony, a concert of Azeri and local singers will be organized.

 

Spokeswoman of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mahabbat Mehdiyeva, First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Work with Azeris Living in Foreign Countries Valeh Hajiyev and Chairman of Ceyhan Municipality Huseyn Sozlu discussed issues over creation of the museum.
