Turkmenistan’s President Gurbanguly Berdymuhammedov visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation
Turkmenistan`s President Gurbanguly Berdymuhammedov visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation on May 20.
He was welcomed here by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
Ilham Aliyev familiarized the distinguished guest with exhibits of the Foundation, informed of actions of great leader Heydar Aliyev.
Gurbanguly Berdymuhammedov was familiarized with the exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader reflecting separate eras of his activity, numerous documents reflecting the very various moments of national leader Heydar Aliyev’s life. He was informed in detail of exhibits talking about large-scale works done by Heydar Aliyev towards rapid development of economy and its integration to the world.
The Turkmen leader signed the Foundation’s Guest Book. He was presented souvenirs reflecting the image of the national leader. Gurbanguly Berdymuhammedov donated a hand-woven carpet to the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Afterwards, the two leaders had a tea party.
The President of Turkmenistan was presented a photo album depicting remarkable moments of his current trip to Azerbaijan.
The distinguished guest was deeply moved by familiarization with Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
