President of the Republic of Dagestan Mukhu Aliyev visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

President of the Republic of Dagestan Mukhu Aliyev visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, April 30.

Executive director of the Foundation Anar Elekberov informed the distinguished guest of goals of the Foundation established in memory of the national leader of Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev.

Mukhu Aliyev, familiarized with the exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader reflecting separate eras of his activity, numerous documents reflecting the very various moments of genius person’s life and creating a wide idea of the entire history of Azerbaijan, saw also photos reflecting actions of Heydar Aliyev in Moscow as one of leaders of USSR, pictures taken from family album of the national leader, memorial medal awarded to him for successfully managing the construction of Baikal-Amur Railway (BAR), one of giant constructions of last century, passenger card No1 of BAR, high orders and medals awarded to the great leader, model of territories BTC main export oil pipeline, the peak of new oil strategy of Azerbaijan, crosses.

Guest from Dagestan said statesman Heydar Aliyev is honored with deep respect in all the former soviet union, specially in neighbor Dagestan, valued him as the wise elder of the entire Caucasus.

Mukhu Aliyev was informed main goals of the Foundation is to study and propagate rich political legacy of famous political figure Heydar Aliyev, create an obvious idea in foreign visitors and future generations on his large-scale activity towards socio-economic and cultural progress of Azerbaijan, support international projects started by the genius person, help the works implemented in field of wide propaganda of Azeri culture and history. The Foundation also carries out wide-scale projects, gives contribution to realization of desires of the outstanding figure of politics.

Mukhu Aliyev signed the guest book, expressed his rich impression of familiarization with the Foundation named after the outstanding person.

Anar Elekberov presented the ‘Singers of Garabag’ music album to the President of the Republic of Dagestan on behalf of Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva.

President of the Republic of Dagestan M.Aliyev presented a souvenir to the Foundation.
