Delegation led by head of France-Caucasus Friendship Group, Senator Ambroise Dupont visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Delegation led by head of Caucasus Friendship Group at French Senate, Senator Ambroise Dupont visited on May 21 Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Sincerely welcoming the distinguished guests the employee of the Foundation provided information on history and activities of Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

It was noted main goals of the Foundation is to study and propagate rich political legacy of famous political figure Heydar Aliyev, create an obvious idea in foreign visitors and future generations on his large-scale activity towards socio-economic and cultural progress of Azerbaijan, support international projects started by the genius person, help the works implemented in field of wide propaganda of Azeri culture and history. The Foundation also carries out wide-scale projects, gives contribution to realization of desires of the outstanding figure of politics.

French Senator, attentively viewing the exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader reflecting separate eras of his activity, numerous documents reflecting the very various moments of genius person’s life and creating a detailed idea of the entire history of Azerbaijan, saw also photos reflecting actions of Heydar Aliyev in Moscow as one of leaders of USSR, model of territories BTC main export oil pipeline, the peak of new oil strategy of Azerbaijan, crosses.

Attentively listening to information on actions taken by the national leader for building democratic and legal state, army in Azerbaijan the visitors said Heydar Aliyev is well known in France too.

Head of Caucasus Friendship Group at French Senate, Senator Ambroise Dupont signed guest book of the Foundation, expressed his rich impression of familiarization with the Foundation established in the memory of outstanding political figure Heydar Aliyev.

Senator Ambroise Dupont was presented a music album ‘Singers of Garabag’, project of the Foundation, on behalf of Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP.

Visitors were accompanied by MPs Ganira Pashayeva and Gular Ahmadova.
