Famous architect Zaha Hadid visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Famous architect Mrs Zaha Hadid visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, September 10.

The distinguished guest was informed of the history and objectives of the Foundation established in the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev. Mrs Hadid was much impressed by the exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader reflecting separate eras of his activity, numerous documents reflecting the very various moments of genius person’s life and creating a detailed idea of the entire history of Azerbaijan.

Questions of the popular architect seeing with interest the documentary photos on multilateral action of Heydar Aliyev, his photos taken with world-famous politicians, figures of science and art, books written on him, photos of monuments set around the world in his memory were replied.

Mrs Zaha Hadid was told main goals of the Foundation is to study and propagate rich political legacy of famous political figure Heydar Aliyev, create an obvious idea in foreign visitors and future generations on his large-scale activity towards socio-economic and cultural progress of Azerbaijan, support international projects started by the genius person, help the works implemented in field of wide propaganda of Azeri culture and history. In addition, the Foundation carries out huge projects in field of education, healthcare and social fields, makes its contribution to realization of dreams of the outstanding politician.
