Consort of the Emir of the State of Qatar, President of Science and Culture Foundation of Qatar Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Missned visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation
In frame of her visit to Azerbaijan, consort of the Emir of the State of Qatar, President of Science and Culture Foundation of Qatar Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Missned visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, November 1.
First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador, MP Mehriban Aliyeva warmly welcomed the consort of the Emir of the State of Qatar.
Azeri and Qatari first ladies saw a documentary on the Foundation’s activities.
Then, distinguished guest was familiarized with the Foundation’s museum. Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva informed of objectives of the Foundation established in memory of constructor of modern state of Azerbaijan, national leader Heydar Aliyev.
Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Missned saw photos and documents on various periods of outstanding political figure Heydar Aliyev’s life and large-scale action.
Answering questions of the distinguished guest the First Lady of Azerbaijan talked of huge works the great leader did for nation and state of Azerbaijan, emphasized during all his political activity the national leader attached big importance to strengthening of ties with eastern and Moslem countries, protection of national and moral values.
Signing the guest book Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Missned expressed pleasure of familiarization with the Foundation and wished success to Mrs Aliyeva in her charitable mission.
Then, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva, head of Russia Office of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leila Aliyeva had meeting with First Lady of Qatar Sheikha Mozah Bint Nasser Al Missned.
