Turkey`s President Abdullah Gul and his wife Hayrunnisa Gul visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Turkey`s President Abdullah Gul and his wife Hayrunnisa Gul visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Baku on Tuesday.

They were welcomed here by Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev and President of the Foundation, first lady Mehriban Aliyeva.

Ilham Aliyev informed the Turkish counterpart about the Foundation, and said that its activity is directed towards propagandizing the Heydar Aliyev heritage and Azerbaijan’s culture and history, as well as implementing the nationwide leader-initiated international projects.

Andullah Gul viewed the photo-stands reflecting different periods of Heydar Aliyev’s life and activity.

The Turkish leader signed the Foundation’s Guest Book.

The two Presidents exchanged gifts, and then had their photos taken together with their spouses.
