Delegation led by Nasir Jasim al-Sani, head of Kuwait-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Friendship Group of National Assembly of the State of Kuwait, visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation October 23.

Guests were informed of establishment and action of the Foundation named after national leader Heydar Aliyev, exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader reflecting separate eras of his activity.

Visitors were informed the national leader always paid huge attention to strengthening the friendly ties with Near East countries, protection of religious and moral values yet while working in the supreme administration of USSR, one of giant states worldwide.

It was noted Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of the Foundation, was awarded in late 2006 the title of Goodwill Ambassador of ISESCO. Visitors were provided information on projects performed by the Foundation.

Nasir Jasim al-Sani was presented an English-language book, containing lots of facts on Garabagh realities, published by the Foundation.

Kuwaiti visitors expressed rich impression of familiarization with the Foundation.
