Delegation led by Yustinas Karosas, chairman of Foreign Affairs Permanent Committee of Lithuanian Seym, paying a visit to Azerbaijan, visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, October 24.

Guests were informed of goals and action of the Foundation created in memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

Visitors, attentively viewing the exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader reflecting separate eras of his activity, numerous documents reflecting the very various moments of genius person’s life and creating a detailed idea of the entire history of Azerbaijan, saw also materials reflecting actions of Heydar Aliyev in Moscow as one of leaders of USSR, his childhood and youth, model of territories BTC main export oil pipeline, the peak of new oil strategy of Azerbaijan, crosses.

It was noted main goals of the Foundation is to study and propagate rich political legacy of famous political figure Heydar Aliyev, create an obvious idea in foreign visitors and future generations on his large-scale activity towards socio-economic and cultural progress of Azerbaijan, support international projects started by the genius person, help the works implemented in field of wide propaganda of Azeri culture and history. The Foundation also performs large-scale projects, makes contribution to realization of the national leader’s dreams.

Yustinas Karosas signed Guest Book of the Foundation, expressed rich impression of familiarization with the Foundation named after outstanding political figure Heydar Aliyev.
