Delegation of the People`s Republic of China visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

Delegation led by Yuy Szaytsin, deputy chief of State Main Physical Training and Sport Department of the People`s Republic of China, member of International Olympic Committee Executive Committee, vice-president of Chinese Olympic Committee, visited Heydar Aliyev Foundation, November 13.

After greeting the Chinese visitors executive director of the Foundation Anar Elekberov widely informed the guests of goals of the Foundation established as respect in memory of the national leader of Azerbaijani people. It was noted main goals of the Foundation is to study and propagate rich political legacy of famous political figure Heydar Aliyev, create an obvious idea in foreign visitors and future generations on his large-scale activity towards socio-economic and cultural progress of Azerbaijan, support international projects started by the genius person, help the works implemented in field of wide propaganda of Azeri culture and history.

Exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader reflecting separate eras of his activity left good impressions on Chinese visitors. They were familiarized with numerous documents reflecting the very various moments of genius person`s life and creating a detailed idea of the entire history of Azerbaijan, gifts presented to him by the popular political figures all over the world, books on great leader, ideas of outstanding figures of science, culture and art on the national leader. Visitors were impressed by meetings the outstanding statesman held with leaders of world countries, his photos, as well information provided on Foundation`s activity, its projects and international links.

Yuy Szaytsin, deputy chief of State Main Physical Training and Sport Department of the People`s Republic of China, member of International Olympic Committee Executive Committee, vice-president of Chinese Olympic Committee, signed guest book of the Foundation, honored the constructor of modern state of Azerbaijan, wished success to wide-scale activity of the Foundation.

Anar Elekberov presented the distinguished guest book on activities of Heydar Aliyev Foundation and `Singers of Garabag` music album, project of the Foundation.

Yuy Szaytsin presented souvenirs to the Foundation.

Youth and sport minister of Azerbaijan Azad Rehimov accompanied the guests at the Foundation.
