Delegation led by Chairperson of Bulgaria`s State Agency for Youth and Sports visits Heydar Aliyev Foundation

On September 19, Chairperson of Bulgaria`s State Agency for Youth and Sports Mrs Vesela Lecheva and her accompanying delegation visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

 

Visitors were informed by executive director of the Foundation Anar Elekberov of goals of the Foundation established as respect in memory of the national leader of Azerbaijani people. It was noted main goals of the Foundation is to study and propagate rich political legacy of famous political figure Heydar Aliyev, create an obvious idea in foreign visitors and future generations on his large-scale activity towards socio-economic and cultural progress of Azerbaijan, support international projects started by the genius person, help the works implemented in field of wide propaganda of Azeri culture and history.

 

Exhibits taken from the archive of the great leader reflecting separate eras of his activity left good impressions on Bulgarian visitors. They were familiarized with numerous documents reflecting the very various moments of genius person`s life and creating a wide idea of the entire history of Azerbaijan, gifts presented to him by the popular political figures all over the world, photos taken with leaders of different countries, books on great leader, ideas of outstanding figures of science, culture and art on the national leader, saw with big interest photos taken with leaders of European countries.

 

Then visitors watched a documentary on activities and projects of Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

 

Mrs Lecheva highly valued the wide philanthropic activity of the Foundation, the high prestige it possesses inside and outside the country, signed the guest book.

 

Head of the agency was presented a book on activity of Heydar Aliyev Foundation and `Garabagh signers` music album, project of the Foundation.

 

Youth and sport minister Azad Rehimov accompanied the guests.
