New school building commissioned in Balakan on initiative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation

The 240-seat school building constructed within `New school to new Azerbaijan` program of Heydar Aliyev Foundation was solemnly opened in Talalar village of Balakan district.

Addressing the opening ceremony of head of Balakan district executive power Asif Mammadov and others noted purposeful activity started by national leader Heydar Aliyev to strengthen material and technical base of education institutions of the republic is successfully continued, the state pays big attention to development of education, valued commissioning of new school building as eminent event in cultural and educational life of the district, expressed gratitude on behalf of Balakan district people to Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva, President of the Foundation, for this valuable present.

After congratulations and speeches the red ribbon symbolizing the opening of the school was cut, participants were closely familiarized with the school. Every condition has been created at the school for normal organization of education and training.
