President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva met with UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, Princess of Jordan Firyal

Mehriban Aliyeva, First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP, met on May 14 at Gulustan Palace with UNESCO Goodwill Ambassador, Princess of Jordan Firyal, who arrived in Baku to attend the UNESCO’s Regional Literacy Conference.

Sincerely greeting the guest Mehriban Aliyeva expressed gratitude to Princess Firyal for accepting the invitation and arriving in Baku. Mrs Aliyeva informed about the activity of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Princess Firyal highly valued the hospitality of Azerbaijani nation, expressed delight of beauty of Baku.

The sides discussed the issues of cooperation in the frame of UNESCO.
