President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva inspects works done in the EuroClub

First Lady of Azerbaijan, Chairwoman of the Organizing Committee of Eurovision Song Contest 2012 Mehriban Aliyeva and First Vice President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva inspected the works done in the EuroClub, Baku, 11 May.


Mrs Mehriban Aliyeva was informed in detail about the work done in the EuroClub. She was told EuroClub is one of the grandest spaces in the history of Eurovision offered to all participants of the contest. The purpose of the European Club is to provide entertainment to all the participants of Eurovision-2012. All accredited people can participate in organized events here. At the same time, representatives of various countries participating in the Eurovision Song Contest will use EuroClub for their own propaganda. The participants performing songs on this grand stage which will be given at their disposal will create an additional contact with their fans and members of the delegation. Daily, EuroClub will hold live performance of musicians and DJs playing music in various genres, dances and shows. It is also one of the peculiar features of the EuroClub in Baku. Fans and participants of Eurovision will long remember this place thanks to both large space and modern light equipments. EuroClub where simultaneously three thousand people can entertain is also designed to organize several official receptions - after the official opening ceremony of Eurovision, each semi-final and farewell party after the final concert.


Having closely familiarized with EuroClub, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva expressed confidence that the club will play a significant role in the upcoming musical competition in Baku at a high level.
