An article is printed about the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the Libyan press

An article entitled “The Heydar Aliyev Foundation: various projects in the spheres of education and healthcare” was printed in the public tabloid to “Libya al- Ekhbariya” newspaper of Libya dated 4 June 2013.

The article states that the Foundation was established to express the Azerbaijani people’s wish to show their respect for national leader Heydar Aliyev’s memory, to study and disseminate his rich legacy, as well as cultivate the national statehood ideas in new populations.

The article talks of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s active participation in the building of a new society by implementing various projects in the spheres of education, healthcare, culture, sport, science and technology, environment and social field, projects to promote Azerbaijan abroad, preserve its cultural heritage, and its contribution to the country’s social and economic development.

An agreement has been reached with “Libya al-Ekhbariya” newspaper’s office to publish articles about the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s activity.
