The Heydar Aliyev Foundation has organized a New Year festivity for children at Buta Palace

The Heydar Aliyev Foundation has organized a traditional festivity for children at Buta Palace, on the occasion of the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day and the New Year.

Children from boarding schools and children homes, martyr, refugee and IDP families, children with impaired health condition, and pupils distinguished in education participated in the festivity.

On December 28, Azerbaijan’s First Lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, and Arzu Aliyeva attended the festivity.

The festivity started with demonstration of a documentary talking of the meetings of national leader Heydar Aliyev, President Ilham Aliyev and President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva with children, and the care and attention they showed towards young generation.

As in every year, this year too, the attendees of the festivity were presented a program made with new arrangement.

At the end of the festivity, each participant of the event was presented a holiday gift prepared by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

Over two thousand children and pupils are expected to attend the festivities to last during three days.
