Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva is awarded Russia’s “Pushkin” Medal

Russian Federation's President Vladimir Putin signed an Order to confer Vice-president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, head of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s Russian Office Leyla Aliyeva on “Pushkin” Medal.

“Pushkin” Medal of the Russian Federation is conferred on for services in the field of culture and art, enlightenment, humanitarian sciences and literature, as well as for contribution made to studying and preserving cultural heritage, improving cultures of peoples and nations, and mutual enrichment thereof.
