Acceptance of documents for the social projects contest being held by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation starts

The Regional Development Public Association of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation started accepting projects for the contest “Social Projects” as of August 1.

 

Following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s initiative, the Regional Development Public Association announced a contest of social projects aiming at advancing the civil society, sustainable development, as well as supporting state programmes on individual areas. The contest aims to contribute to the development of the country by advancing the civil society further and form an environment of initiatives, put forward ideas and initiatives directed to social development, and fulfilment thereof.

 

Registration of participants on the contest and acceptance of proposals on the project will be carried out in the course of the period from August 1st to November 20th at 18:00 o’clock on the official website of the Regional Development Public Association (www.riib.az), and the participants of the contest will be informed of their result in an electronic order.

 

Projects submitted for the contest cover initiatives on ensuring the general public’s physical, intellectual and moral advancement, as well as protecting their life and health; initiatives on the development of science and education, realizing innovative ideas and improving the enlightening activities; initiatives on preserving tolerant and inclusive environment and providing equal possibilities in this area, and other social projects.

 

Non-government organizations officially registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan (public unions and foundations), higher education institutions, vocational and post-secondary educational institutions (colleges), research organizations, volunteers’ movements, students’ scientific societies within education institutions, as well as students’ youth organizations may submit their projects for the contest.
