The Heydar Aliyev Foundation to prepare new publications dedicated to Azerbaijan
Two new publications dedicated to Azerbaijan will be prepared by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Photo shootings on the themes to be covered in the books were launched recently.
The publication dedicated to Azerbaijan will contain photos and relevant information embodying the Azerbaijani people’s old history, traditions, culture, the contemporary image of the country, and its flora and fauna. The project is being implemented with the support of the Regional Development Public Association, Azercell Company and GoSport sports goods store.
And in another publication to be made by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation will be collected information about Azerbaijan on various fields. The country’s economy, ecology, culture etc., multiculturalism traditions, tourism opportunities and other directions will be covered in the publication, to be accompanied by relevant photos.
Shootings under the project will cover four seasons of the year, to be carried out in Baku and various districts of the republic.
Along with receiving comprehensive information about Azerbaijan in these publications, readers will have a chance to get closely acquainted with the country, making a virtual trip across Azerbaijan through the photos.
The publication Azerbaijan was first published by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in 2010. Containing over a thousand photos, the book was published in the Azerbaijani, Russian, English, French, German and Italian languages. This publication was presented to guests at events organized by the Foundation in various countries over the period past, making substantial impression on the readers about Azerbaijan
