An up-to-date school building constructed in Garabaggal village of Goeychay is commissioned

Constructed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the secondary school named after Hummat Ismayilov in Garabaggal village of Goeychay was commissioned, September 15.

The old building of the secondary school in Garabaggal village, constructed in 1939, had become unfit for use. For this reason, an up-to-date school building was constructed, following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s initiative, based on the order by the Ministry of Science and Education.

Consisting of 2 buildings, the newly constructed three-storied school complex has classrooms, laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology, a computer room, a military training room, a first aid room, labour training rooms, a library, a sports hall and an outdoor sports ground. The school has been provided with visual aids. Renovation and greenery planting works were carried out in the backyard, a bust of martyr Hummat Ismayilov was installed, and a memorial complex was built to immortalize the martyrs of the village.
