President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva was awarded “Ruby Cross” order

The International Charity Foundation "Philanthropists of the Century" of Russia has awarded "Ruby Cross" order to President of Heydar Aliyev foundation, UNESCO goodwill ambassador Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva.
