Secondary school No.2 in the town of Dmanisi of Georgia was built in 1980. Having fallen into disrepair, the school building was essentially repaired in 2010 within the framework of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation’s “Support to Education” project.
During the reconstruction, reinforcement works have been done to the school building, classrooms, corridors, the library, canteen and sports hall have been repaired and a new assembly hall, subject rooms and a computer room created. The school has been provided with new equipment.
The school’s gas and electrical equipment have been renewed, a transformer was installed and a stadium with artificial cover built.
The school has been designed for 300 pupils.
