The building of Secondary School №78 in the city of Ulyanovsk, the Russian Federation, has been basically repaired within the framework of the project “Support to Education” by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. On September 1, 2013, opening of the school took place.
The roof of the school building has been renewed, the façaderepaired, the windows replaced by plastic ones and a new illumination system installed. The school library has been provided with new teaching aids and other publications. 3 classrooms have been provided with 20 “NEXUS” notebooks produced within the framework of the project “1:1 Education For Future” being implemented in Azerbaijan. A museum of Azerbaijani history and culture has been created at the school. Teaching of some types of Azerbaijani national applied art is also planned at the school.
