Nursery-kindergarten No.84 in Bina settlement of Khazar district

Nursery-kindergarten No.84 named after martyr Arastun Baylarov in Bina settlement of Khazar district, Baku, has been reconstructed within the framework of “Development of preschool education establishments” Programme, following the Heydar Aliyev Foundation's initiative.

Operating since 1984, the establishment was dismantled and a new two-storied kindergarten was built in its place in 2015. On 12 November 2015, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva and Vice-president of the Foundation Leyla Aliyeva attended the inauguration of the nursery-kindergarten.

Ten groups will function in the kindergarten designed for 109 children. The establishment has been provided with necessary equipment. Various amusement facilities have been installed in the kindergarten’s yard, decorative trees planted and a green area created.
