A new school was built on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Luxembourg village, one of the out-settlements of Samukh district. The building has been constructed in the place of the old one, which had been in use for long years and became unfit. The building was put into operation in December of 2011.

The two-storied school building consists of 18 classrooms, two laboratories, one computer room and a sports hall supplied with state-of-the art equipment. The building has been provided with a centralized heating system.
