An event was held in Bordeaux city of France in connection with the Days of Azerbaijan

Another event, to promote Azerbaijan in France, was held on April 27 within the project “Cultural Treasures of Azerbaijan- the Pearl of Caucasus” in the city of Bordeaux of France with organizational support from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and assistance by our country’s Embassy in France.

Delivering a speech at the opening ceremony, First Deputy Mayor of the city of Bordeaux Didier Cazabonne and Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to France Elchin Amirbayov highly assessed this project, which is being implemented by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in order to promote Azerbaijan in regions of France. They thanked the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and President of the Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva for this successful initiative.

Within the event, the Youth Chamber Orchestra of the Baku Music Academy  performed at Femina Theatre of Bordeaux under the direction of Fuad Ibrahimov.
