Concerts were held within the framework of the festival both in Baku and in a number of other regions of Azerbaijan with participation of Azerbaijani and foreign musicians, organizing international mugham contests, international scientific symposiums, and master classes. Representatives from the Great Britain, Afghanistan, India, Jordan, Iran, Israel, Mali, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Türkiye and Greece were invited to this year’s festival, along with Azerbaijan.

It is for the first time that concerts of the Space of Mugam International Music Festival are held in Shusha, after it was liberated from the occupation.
