Heydar Aliyev Foundation solves social problems of Shamakhy residents on the eve of New Year

Heydar Aliyev Foundation, which attaches huge importance to solution of social problems, presented a number of gifts to Shamakhy residents on the eve of New Year.

December 28, on the initiative of the Foundation, four passenger buses were presented to residents of Shamakhy upon appeals from population for improvement of operation of vehicles working to mountainous villages of the district.

Addressing the ceremony of presentation of new buses, delegates of the district executive power talked of care President Ilham Aliyev renders to development of regions, his sensitive attitude to dreams of people.

They mentioned intensive construction works are carried out in Shamakhy, new enterprises launched to improve living conditions.

Residents underlined over the past years several schools in the district were capitally repaired and equipped with modern appliances by the initiative of Mehriban Aliyeva, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and ISESCO, MP.

Then, keys to Isuzu and Hyundai buses, which will work to Gushchu, Pirgulu villages, Sabir settlement of Shamakhy and within the city, were solemnly presented to drivers.
