Heydar Aliyev Foundation arranges festive parties for children

On New Year and the World Azerbaijanis Solidarity Day, Heydar Aliyev Foundation started on 29 December 3-day festive parties at Buta Palace for children from children homes and boarding schools, martyr and IDP families and schoolchildren distinguished in education. 

Heydar Aliyev Foundation has taken necessary measures to assure safety of children attending the party, one of the last events held in frame of the Children’s Year in Azerbaijan. 35 buses have been allocated to take children from Azneft Square to the Palace. 

First, film reflecting participation of national leader Heydar Aliyev in different years in children’s celebrations on World Azeris Solidarity Day and New Year was shown.

Santa Claus and Snow Girl, cartoon and fairytale characters, singers entertained children in the celebration.

Representatives of local and foreign children’s organizations acting in Azerbaijan, thalassemia, hemophilia and diabetes associations were present in the event.

Children were presented with a new CD of 16 child songs by Azeri composers such as “Jujelerim” by Genber Huseynli, “Bahar bayramy” by Tofig Guliyev, “Eziz ana, jan ana” by Ogtay Zulfugarov, “Ushaglar sevinsin hemishe” by Ogtay Rejebov, “Kukla” by Agabajy Rzayeva, “Veten” by Səid Rustamov, “Layla” by Fikret Emirov.

In the end of the 3-hour festive, children were presented gifts.
