Heydar Aliyev Foundation released music album of People’s Artist, professor Janali Ekberov on his 70th birthday

Heydar Aliyev Foundation, which renders huge care to the safeguarding and development of Azerbaijani art of mugham, has released music album of People’s Artist, professor Janali Ekberov on his 70th birthday.

Dedicated to life and activities of this prominent representative of the performing school of Azerbaijan, the high-level polygraphic album comprises a book and 4 CDs. Travelling over the singer’s childhood and youth, his path of activity rich in unforgettable stories, the book includes his photographs taken in different events, with his students, colleagues and family members. 

CDs contain mugham destgahs “Zabul-segah”, “Mahur-hindi”, mughams “Dugah”, “Shahnaz”, zerb mughams “Simayi-shems”, “Mensuriyye”, shikeste “Garabagh” and folk songs.
