Heydar Aliyev Foundation published music album of People’s Artist Aghakhan Abdullayev on his 60th birthday

Heydar Aliyev Foundation, which attaches special attention to development of Azerbaijani culture, has published music album of People’s Artist Aghakhan Abdullayev on his 60th birthday.

The album includes a high-level polygraphic book in Azeri and English, which comprehensively talks about the singer’s life and activity, and 3 CDs.

Covering the singer’s childhood and youth, first acquaintance with mugham, education at the A.Zeynally Music School, communication with masters of mugham, the book includes his photographs taken in different music events, with his students, colleagues and family members.

CDs contain “Rast” destgah, “Bayaty-kurd”, “Zabul segah”, “Rahab”, “Bayaty-Gajar” mughams, “Humayun” tasnif and folk songs performed by A.Abdullayev.
