Berlin Castle
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation joined the initiative to restore the Berlin Castle, demolished and burnt during the World War Second.
On 29 September 2011, Mehriban Aliyeva handed over a 50 thousand Euro cheque– as contribution of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation to the donation campaign associated with the restoration of the Berlin Castle – to the management of the Castle.
