Uzeir Hajibeyli 15th International Music Festival was held during September 18-28, 2023.
Well-known musicians and music groups from the USA, France, Georgia, Croatia, Russia, Singapore and other countries performed at the festival.
Concerts, shows, exhibitions, scientific conferences, master classes and other events were organized in the open air and various sites in Baku, Ganja, Shamkir and Shusha within the framework of the festival.
