Musical instruments for music schools under the Ministry of Culture

Musical instruments were purchased for music schools being under the Ministry of Culture with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.   

Within the framework of the project, over 70 musical instruments of 11 types were bought for a number of music schools both in Baku and in regions. They included such national instruments as tar, kamancha, ganun and naghara, as well as violin, violoncello, piano, grand piano etc. Part of these musical instruments were handcrafted by local masters, while others were ordered with leading countries specialized in making musical instruments.
